How To Resolve Discordance Between Mirna And Mrna Results Obtained With Genespring

I have analyased the miRNa and mRNA expression profiles of pancreatic cancer using the genespring software,But how I shall make sure that I have analyed it correctly because results vary among the differents softwares,diff parameters and algorithms used in whole analysis.Is there any way to check?

What do you mean by discordance, what do you consider as being different and why should the results be the same

You answered your own question. The results for a given data set vary between different analysis because you changed the analysis settings.

So how to check that whether I have done the analysis correctly or not?

I don't think you can break genespring, but check their documentation and with people who have done similar work that you are doing.
