How to construct a Circos plot?
We just recently assembled a genome of a plant and would want to use Circos to draw the circular map comparing it with another genome. The genome has been annotated using MAKER-P. The final genome has a total contigs of 631. Any easy way to prepare the genome for this? Any tool for preparing the genome such as start and end of each contig? Any alternative tool that is easy to use will be appreciated. Thanks
