I am new to the IPA analysis software and I needed some help with exporting the data. I ran a core analysis on my sequencing data that I previously processed with R language. My data was split into possible cell type clusters. This cluster data was used in IPA. I ran a core analysis for each cluster separately. I got results showing me the genes of certain canonical pathways. I would like to export only a few genes of interest which are a part of my data, which are involved in the pathway. If I try exporting the pathway, I get all the genes involved in the pathway. Is there a way to export only the genes of interest from the IPA core analysis?

Open the Core Analysis and go to the Canonical Pathways tab. In the bar chart view, click on any bar of interest. The table that appears below the bar chart shows the genes in your dataset that map to (overlap) the pathway. There is an export button above the table.
