Annotation Mycoplasma genome using Prokka

Hi all,

I have a de novo genome assembly of a Mycoplasma pneumoniae strain and I would like to annotate it.

I usually use Prokka but I was wondering if it could works on such microorganism as the genetic code differs?

Do you have any other recommendations to annotate Mycoplasma genomes?

You should be able to tune this via prokka's --gcode option - set it to 4 instead of 11.
