Hello,
I was trying to plot my genes with the biological processes they are associated with, by this command on R cnetplot(ego2, foldChange= deg). Everytime I got this ugly chart without links between gene/pathway
Do you have any suggestions on how to do this task?

Sorry I cannot help directly. Just wondering have you tried to output the data and visualize it in Cytoscape? I think this post might be handy.
