Should do Seurat NormalizeData after Cellranger aggr?
Hello, I feel confused about the workflow of scRNA
If I do the cellranger aggr, which normalizes the sequencing depth. Should I still need to do the Seurat NormalizeData? I think NormalizeData also wants to remove the effect of the sequencing depth. Can I just log the data and do the next analysis?
