Hi all,

I'm using the ANNOVAR tool for annotating my VCF files (Cancer case), but it doesn't have all of my interest databases (e.g. CIViC, DoCM, Cancer Hotspots ). Now I want to know how can I convert different types of databases to ANNOVAR custom databases and use them for annotating? Can I do it at all?
