interpretation of vcf calls
Hi All,
I want to interpret some of the vcf calls for a multisample vcf file. I got the following type of calls along with others: ./.:.:.:.:.:.:.:. I think this is for a missing call. But I am not sure what does this call mean .:.:.:.:.:.:.:.

this need to be associated with the FORMAT column. But as GT should be the first item, it could be an 'haploid' no-call.
