Cut&Run fragment length

Hi,,

I run Cut&Run on four samples and when I assessed the quality metrics I found that most of the fragment length of the reads are more than 120bp. Based on cut&run paper, fragment length should be less than 120bp to consider a good a data set. My conclusion is that the antibodies used failed to bind to the genomic DNA maybe because is not specific to the targeted regions. Is anyone has another explanation for getting longer fragment length.
