Converting NCBI refseq ids to ENTREZIDs

Hi,

I had a very basic question. What is the easy way to convert NCBI RefSeq ids to ENTREZID either online or using any tools in R? Kindly help me with this as I am new to bioinformatics analysis. Thanks in advance.
