What does the GT(genotype) 0/0 means in final SV vcf file generated by SVABA?

Can anyone tell me What does the GT(genotype) 0/0 mean? Does 0/0 mean both genotypes are REF? If so, there's no variation in both two homologous chromosomes. Why can this breakpoint be called out? Anyone can tell me why？ Thank you
