What does the GT(genotype) 0/0 means in final SV vcf file generated by SVABA?

Can anyone tell me What does the GT(genotype) 0/0 mean? Does 0/0 mean both genotypes are REF? If so, there's no variation in both two homologous chromosomes. Why can this breakpoint be called out? Anyone can tell me why? Thank you enter image description here
