QTL for half-sib families
Hi all! I am writing because I have to perform a QTL analysis using SNPs in half-sib families and I am looking for a program that can handle this experimental design. I have found some articles mentioning GridQTL but it seems like it is not available anymore. If any of you know a program that can perform this kind of analysis (or an easy code for beginners in bioinformatics like me) I would appreciate it so much!
