isoseq ccs error "Caught IO problem handling ZMW file"

when I analysis the isoseq data and run ccs on subreads, generating a ccs BAM file. However have errors: | FATAL | Caught IO problem handling ZMW fileenter image description here

Can you redownload the data? Sounds like there may be file corruption of some sort.

I checked the md5 of the data and compared it with the one from company. They are same.
