Best assembly program for mitochondrion?

Hi all,

Can anyone suggest a good program for mito assembly?

I've tried NovoPlasty bit it throws errors on installation. (others have reported the error but it persists.)

I'm also having trouble using GetOrganelle to run due to python problems.

Can anyone suggest an alternative?

Novoplasty should run just fine if you ìnstall it via conda. What kind of sequencing data do you have?

I have used Mitobim. It has worked well for me in the past.
