RefSeq obtained from genome.ucsc.edu

Dear all, I am looking for the version of the annotation file is used in a paper. What they have mentioned is, "RefSeq, obtained from genome.ucsc.edu, 28.08.2015" - I have not been able to find the exact file, could anyone please guide me on this?
