RNA sequencing analysis pipeline for micro RNA mutants

I want to analyze microRNA (small RNA) sequencing data for zebrafish starting from fastq files to differential gene expression, Visualization in terms of the heatmap, PCA plots, and Volcano plots of differential Gene Expression data. Can you please suggest what are some best possible pipelines available that we can use here from start to finish?
