fastq-dump for downloading multiple sets reads?
Hi all,
Does anyone know if there is a simple way to use fastq-dump to download all the reads for a particular bacterial species, in the SRA database, as split files?

Use sra-explorer: sra-explorer : find SRA and FastQ download URLs in a couple of clicks
Avoid fastq-dump when you can and download data from ENA.
