Wheat Input IDs for STRING database
I have a list of wheat DEGs that are of the nomenclature TraesCS5A02G015600, and I want to input them in STRING to study protein-protein interactions. But STRING does not find any results matching to these IDs, and instead finds result with wheat IDs of the nomenclature Traes_5AL_D86A878AF How can I convert my IDs into the STRING compatible format?? Please help.
