What is "rl" in SAM format
I got the SAM file from minimap2. I want to know "rl" in SAM format. I search what is "rl" in SAM file, then I found following page.
rl │ i │ Length of query regions harboring repetitive seeds
http://manpages.ubuntu.com/manpages//eoan/man1/minimap2.1.html
However I cannot understand this. explanation. Could you explain this easier?
