should I scale a MASH matrix ?
Hello, just want to know if I should scale a matrix provided by MASH, given the fact that all the values were calculated using the same measure (MASH distance), there is no need of scaling isnt it?. I have understood that I should scale the data when I have different measures (that have different ranges) along the samples.
besides, the dimentions of the matrix are different: it is an all vs all the samples instead of a data frame were exists different measures for each sample.
