1000 genomes project reference panel - GRCh38
Hi all,
I would like to perform phasing from my whole genome sequencing data using the 1KG reference panel. My WGS data was aligned to build hg38 so I need the reference panel from the same build but can only find the one in GRCh37 (https://mathgen.stats.ox.ac.uk/impute/1000GP_Phase3.html).
Do you know where to find it?

The 1000 genomes has recently been resequenced to 30x coverage and aligned to hg38 - you should definitely use this.
