Minimum enrichment score to take for analysis
Hello guys, I am working on Rna-seq analysis and after finding my degs, I was trying to determine the most important degs. I used DAVID software to cluster them into groups I got 16 clusters .What is the minimum enrichment score I should take for analysis as I'm confused about it.
