Resistome Analyzer Report

Hi all,

Are anyone familiar with resistome analyzer? I am trying to generate reports via resistome analyzer and my input file format is SAM. It takes less than one second to run all codes. All output files are blank. Is there anything wrong with my input? I am not sure what happened and looking forward to hearing your advice.
