Apart from the fact that the website needs serious proof-reading, can you tell me why I should use your website and not do a simple Google search? I'd rather google "NCBI Blast" and go to the website than remember your website address, go to the specific page on your site, search for the link to BLAST and click on that.
Also, you mention your "open source" but I don't see a link to a code repository for your project. Do you mean to say that you list links to other open source projects but you yourself are not open source?
