I have the genome of a L. plantarum strain and I have identified clusters of genes of interest. I am wondering what would be the most reliable way to highlight promoter regions?

In my opinion, these clusters of genes are expressed as single transcripts but I would like to ensure this by identifying promoters.

I've seen several options such as bacPP, BPROM, etc. but most of the time, they are specific to a certain range of bacteria.
