Converting Aminoacid MSA alignment to Nucleotide MSA alignment ?

Hi,

Is their any good tools able to convert Aminoacid MSA alignment to Nucleotide MSA alignment ? With out effecting codon bias and redundancy.

I came across tools like PAL2NAL, aminoacid and nucleotide sequences are to be given as input.

I had only aminoacid MSA alignment, I don't have corresponding nucleotide sequences.

Suggestion please.

There is no way to do what you want because of codon degeneracy. There are multiple ways to convert proteins into DNA. That is why protein and nucleic sequences are required.
