Dear all,

I have been working on a rare condition occurring in children. Since it is a rare disease, I have 3 samples from diseased children. The data is RNA-seq and the sample is from peripheral blood. However, to complete DEG analysis, I need to have healthy control data from the peripheral blood of healthy children. I searched through GTEx, but I could not find any.

Could you suggest to me a database providing such data?
