Base-Calling Tools Or Softwares For Abi Files Which Has Raw Data Only

We have ABI files which are extracted from Applied Bio-systems 3130 Genetic Analyzer.However the ABI files contain only raw data channel information(DATA 1-4) .These files missing the Base-call information(decrypted with PBAS and PLOC tags)

Is there any free online tool or software available to extent the Base-call information from the raw data channel information available in .ab1 files

You might want to try Geneious Pro and align your ab1 to a reference genome in geneious pro. You can download the reference genome directly from geneious pro and then do a align -> Pairwise alignment. I usually do that from ab1 files only and it shows mutation at a base resolution.
