Cghub Bam Files
Hi,
I need to download BAM files regarding a study from CGHub data base (https://browser.cghub.ucsc.edu/). For some samples, there are two types of BAM files with different names and two different extensions. So, either XXXXX.sorted_genome_alignment.bam or XXXXX.trimmed.annotated.translated_to_genomic.bam. What is the difference between them and for each sample, which one should I download for further analysis? Thank you in advance.
