Is There Any Probability To Get An Era Commons Account And Download The Original Bam File Of Tcga For A Lab In China?

I'm a graduated student in China, I want to download the TCGA original BAM files, which are very useful for my research. However, many TCGA original BAM files are not open to public. To download these dates, you must have an era commons account. I read the request for get an era commons account in the cghub, but I don't so understand. So as the title says, is there any probability to get an era commons account and download the original BAM file of TCGA for a lab in CHINA? What steps should I or my lab take? How long the application will cost? Does the application need many? Any information and material website are welcomed! Thank you!

You will need an era commons account, yes. There is a help page, a phone number, and an email address on the era commons home page. I'd suggest starting there.

Just a comment that the process should go through their institution's Sponsored Projects Office or equivalent:

How does a Principal Investigator (PI) get registered in eRA Commons? Once the applicant organization is registered in eRA Commons, the organization's Signing Official can register the Principal Investigator by creating an account with the PI authority role. When a Signing Official creates an account for a PI, the PI will receive an email to go to the Commons to verify the PI's profile information. (This email is sent only when PI has prior NIH support, otherwise the account is created right away)
