Hello, I am new to know about NGS. But I am interested to handle NGS data and would like to cluster. I do not have idea about the process and software need to use. Would any one give me details idea about the required software and prcess?

You'll need to be a bit more specific. You want to cluster what? Do you have RNA-seq data or something else?
