Quality Control For Cnv Calling

Hi there, this is my first time doing CNV analysis and I'm searching for good softwares and some tips on quality control. I've found many programs, but most of them do not have enough intructions on setting the paramenters and so on. If anyone's got any advice on this area, it would be very helpfull

Try PennCNV and ParseCNV.
