Hi,
I would like to know if the Bioconductor GenomeGraph package is any use for viewing different alternative splicing events and if so, where might I find a tutorial on using Genomegraph for this purpose?
Regards,
Kevin

First of all the package is called GenomeGraphs, and as with all BioConductor has great information in the vignettes.
Even a cursory glance at the PDF you will see that it's possible to show genes and alternative transcripts, it's in the Contents!

Working examples of GenomeGraphs can be found in this thread.
Other options for viewing alternative splicing events can be found in this thread.
