in my study, I will study organic solvent stability of the enzyme. The enzyme will pre-incubated presence of organic solvents about 24–48 h. But I don’t know what temperature should I use?
generally, the enzyme was incubated in the presence of organic solvents at 30 °C.and enzyme assay was maked.
why this temperature is selected? Is there a special reason that incubation temperature was prefer as 30 C

Hi.
First of all, this is a forum on bioinformatics, not on biochemistry. Your chances of getting an answer, even if your question is not removed, are not the best. I would try asking for instance in Biotechniques forum, or in Researchgate. Nevertheless, as a biochemist myself, I suggest you study enzyme stability at several temperatures, if you can afford it. However, if only one temperature is used, "room temperature" can be one criterium, while "physiological temperature" can be another (which will as well differ depending on the species from which your enzyme arises). In any case, it depends on the reason why you are studying this enzyme's stability. As you are studying its stability in organic solvents, I guess possibly it will be in order to use it in some kind of biotechnological application. So, likely "room temperature" makes more sense, unless the enzyme is to operate at a different temperature for that specific biotechnological application.
