I have been given a task to draw many protein domain structures. Considering the number of proteins, I think it would be necessary to do the work in batch. However, I couldn't find a proper tool. Is there a protein domain structure drawer (like the following one) that can be run locally?
I found DomainDraw web server, it seems you can upload a file with all domains. Does this work for you?
If you want to draw programmatically you can try the FeatureStack Perl module or general Bio::Graphics Perl glyphs, but there i afaik no module in Bio::Graphics/Bioperl that is directed solely at drawing protein domains.
Thanks so much! They should be working perfectly for me!

almost duplicated post, except for "stand-alone tool": see Protein domain display, tool for plotting protein architecture/domains
