Quick question:

I have some imputed genotyping data for GWAS but the values are DOSAGE with values 0-2 and sometimes probablities (which are imputed) using IMPUTEv2.

Normally I am used to genotypes coded as 0,1,2..however I am not sure how should I relate that to DOSAGE.
