Integrating Genome Tracks Inside A Web Page

Hi Guys

I am searching for a slick solution (if there is one) to display genomics data as tracks inside a web page/browser. The one I came across was Jbrowse but wondering if there are other contenders too. Also I am not sure if it is straight fwd to plug in Jbrowse inside a webpage ..but assuming it is JS based should be possible.

I had a look on Google and it returned a UCSC forum page and it looks as though 'iframes' may help you:

No experience doing this myself though.
