Excuse me, I'm a Chinese undergraduate student, and my major is Software Engineering. I want to apply a master degree in Computer Science in US, which university should I try?

My interests are concentrated in bioinformatics and scientific computing, so I think I can get some advice here.

I had tried to apply for PSU, UMass, and Virginia Tech, is there any other universities will suit me?

PS: My undergraduate academic background is not strong enough to apply some universities like MIT.
