Thank you a lot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hi guys, I have a list of protein names and I would like to know if they interact physically. Many bioinformatic tools are available to perform such a prediction. What is the best tool in terms of experimentally validated interactions and update?
Thanks in advance,
Best e.

You should have a look at this article that we wrote recently: the second part is about prediction tools: http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0959440X13001267
About databases, the STRING (http://string.embl.de/) database integrates several prediction tools. From http://www.ebi.ac.uk/Tools/webservices/psicquic/view/main.xhtml, you have access to many protein interaction databases, some of which are doing predictions. If you look at experimental databases, be careful as they don't contain only physical interactions.
what is your model organism? you can check this http://thebiogrid.org/ link
