Cytoscape Node Fill Color Transparent?

Hi,

I can't seem to figure out how to make my nodes transparent. How is this possible?

I figured it out. For those who don't know....

Inside VizMapper, click into Defaults, then select NODE_OPACITY, and set to 100. (I have no idea why that took forever to find)

100 if your background is white 0 if your background is black

Question, how do I install VizMapper on cytoscape? I downloaded the software a couple of days ago and can't seem to find VizMapper.
