Salmonella Annotation For Rna-Seq Analysis

Hi,

Does anyone know where I can find annotation for Salmonella enterica SL13144 (required for mapping RNA-Seq reads)? I have looked for a GFF (ensembl) and also checked UCSC without any success.

I assume you mean the strain SL1344 (not SL13144). If so have a look at this:
