Refcov Install Page Does Not Exist

I cannot find download link for the refcov tool at http://gmt.genome.wustl.edu/gmt-refcov/0.3/install.html

Is there any change???? How to get refcov installed in an easy way for Ubuntu Linux..

I am not sure we intended for genome-shipit to be in the name but that link does work and that is the one the RefCov page links to if you click on Install.
