Best Method For Establishing Numerical Similarity Of 2 Sets Of Go Terms
If I have 2 lists of enriched GO terms from different experiments what is the best way to find a numerical output of the overlap or similarity between these 2 lists of terms?
I have found this recent approach. I suppose I could just use a basic binomial test but that would involve working out some numerical value to represent the GO terms.
Does anyone know of any useful, quick & easy methods?
