We should always discourage such paid training specially when some one is already done M.Tech or M.Sc etc. And I know most of time such training are a just for earning purpose only !! Note: I might be wrong in this case but I have seen N number of example for my friends!!
FWIW: every training is paid training - it is just that sometimes it is not obvious who is paying, is a PhD really free? when one needs to work for many years for sub-entry level pay ... I would say that this type of post belongs in the Forum section (in general my approach is that if there are doubts of what the right category might be then it is a Forum post).
Hence my Note was: I might be wrong in this case but I have seen N number of example for my friends!!
