A Request For Tico Software

Hi, I want to annotate a draft genome sequenced recently. I used Glimmer to predict the orfs. and I hope to tune the start sites of each predicted orf. But the download service of TiCO is not available. Does anyone have a copy? Or is there another software with similar functions? Thanks if you can give a reply!

The "Tico" I know is a web service that is indeed down at the moment. I don't know that anyone would have a "copy," per se.
