Do People Use Go Or Goslim In Publications?

I was wondering whether people would like to use GO regular annotations or GOslim annotations for publications. I think sometimes GO regular items are a little difficult to annotate (it takes a lot of time). BTW, does anyone know whether there is GO data for Arabidopsis thaliana available? If so, I do not need to redo the annotation myself. Thans a lot!
