Are There Different Versions For The Human Mt Contig B37? I See A 2Bp Difference In Length

Are there different versions of the human MT contig for b37?

Somehow I have alignment data that is mapped against a b37 reference were the lenght of the MT contig is 16571 bp and the lenght of the MT contig in the known variant sets from GATK b37 resource bundle is 16569 bp. A difference of 2 bp? Really?

mitochondria

Above two mitochondrial genome sequences comes from NC_012920.1 (16569 bp) and NC_001807.4 (16571 bp)

NC_001807.4 Record removed. This sequence was removed since the accepted reference sequence for the Homo sapiens mitochondrion is the rCRS/Mitomap sequence, which is now available as the record NC_012920

Accepted one is with 16569 bps
