I'm planning to evaluate a miRNA-viral-disease association text-mining system. For that purpose I'm looking if there is any existing source of corpus?

Personally curated the existing Pubmed abstract is too time consuming.

You can use mir2disease database or miRBase for getting the information of miRNA. But i have an query what will be the advantage to apply this approach (miRNA-viral-disease association)??
