Hi i want to learn power marker software tool for my data analysis. I got one manual on powermarker but this is not completely step step by process and they explained equations, i want to learn GUI i mean how to do anaylsis in user friendly mode. Can any one help me where i will get step by step Power marker tutorial for GWAS studies. Thanks

Aravind that i already have but its explaining mathematical eqvations not the step by step tutorial :) anyway thanks for your answer
