powermarker input file format for SNP maker
hi. a warm good morning
I am working on powermarker software for identifying the gene diversity from (8000) SNP markers obtained from GBS. the file format is .hap. please tell me how to convert into coding format (0,1) that can that be used has input for power marker. i read the manual but i am not clear.
